James Anderson has worked in film and theatre arts all his life. He has performed lead roles with the Royal Shakespeare Company at Stratford, with the National Youth Theatre at the Glyndebourne Opera House, as well as in television and independent UK film. He also writes for stage and screen, and his poetry has been published in the British press. James is also a trained singer and a skilled musician, playing both trumpet and 'cello in successful concerts across Europe.

James was born in the United Kingdom and received his B.A.(Hons) summa cum laude in English Literature from Warwick University. Currently living in New York City, he is now studying at the Actors Studio Drama School.
